Born and raised in Southeast Michigan, the path of Design began with a passion for transforming spaces which was fueled by early exposure to design media, frequent travel, and a deep appreciation for well crafted environments. Early professional experience started during high school as a Design Librarian at Interior Environments, setting the foundation for a future in the field.
After an initial jump into healthcare studies, the pursuit of a creative calling led to enrollment at the College for Creative Studies, where a major in Interior Design and minor in Fashion Design offered the opportunity to blend technical knowledge with visual storytelling. Set to graduate in May of 2025, the academic journey has been enriched by multiple international travels including a Fashion based Study Abroad in Paris, France and Antwerp, Belgium as well as participating in a Global design student workshop in La Rioja, Spain and exhibiting work at International Design week for UNFOLD with Domus Academy in Milan, Italy.
Alongside studies, early industry roles include working as a Design Assistant at Serba Interiors; contributing to high-end residential projects and custom furniture design, while a more recent internship with Tapestry Inc. in New York City provided valuable global retail experience. Supporting the openings of 40+ Coach, Kate Spade, and Stuart Weitzman stores, the role demanded cross-functional collaboration with design, architecture, and procurement teams, as well as international vendors which further reinforced the value of clear communication and adaptability.
Outside of design, a love for travel, fashion, and exploring new culinary experiences fuels continued curiosity and creativity.
